Refund and Cancellation Policy

Virtual Receptionist Live setup fees cover intake review, call-flow planning, configuration, scripting, testing, and launch support. Setup fees are generally non-refundable once setup work has begun.

Managed monthly service begins after the 30-day trial period stated at checkout. You may cancel future monthly service by contacting support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future managed-service billing but does not automatically refund prior setup work, usage, or completed service periods.

Minute credits, usage, overages, and third-party processing fees may be subject to separate platform rules. You are responsible for providing accurate setup information and for complying with call recording, consent, and communication laws that apply to your business.
